We're a small, hands-on team specialising in insurance reinstatement, commercial maintenance and residential renovations. Our reputation has been built over decades of quality workmanship, reliable project management and straightforward communication.
Our Story
Watson Residential is led by Tim Watson, whose experience spans more than four decades across the building, construction and property industries.
Rather than following one trade in a straight line, Tim has worked across many sides of the industry. He started in residential building, then moved through automotive sales, aluminium joinery and kitset home sales, picking up a broad understanding of construction, customer service and project management along the way.
Since returning to residential building in the early 2000s, Tim has built a business focused on solving building problems, not just constructing buildings. That practical, hands-on experience is what shapes how Watson Residential works today.
